Surf Therapy is a somatic form of therapy that utilizes the wisdom of the body. On sand and sea, we explore the types of strategies needed to understand, manage conditions, and be clear about our limits and strengths. We focus on the skills needed to manage and thrive in everyday conditions while we gain sense of community.

Wellness oriented.

Through the medium of surf therapy, we foster self-awareness, confidence and connection. The goal is to move toward overall wellness. We use the whole body, nervous system, beliefs, feelings and thoughts to treat depression, anxiety, trauma and other difficulties. It is an empowering and challenging practice that mirrors life in joy and difficulties. We work in small groups and no surf experience is needed
